Eric Winterhalter, President, Co-founded Tran Capital Management in 2017 upon leading a management buyout of Lateef Investment Management, which he joined in 2014. Mr. Winterhalter manages the day-to-day operations of the firm and has 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to TCM, he was the Co-Founder & Chief Administrative Officer of Tensile Capital Management. In prior years Eric held senior management positions in the industry with Crosslink Capital, Fuller & Thaler Asset Management, Fidelity Investments, and began his career with Putnam Investments. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maine. Mr. Winterhalter serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Maine Business School.
